excellent stay, helpful staff, very clean rooms. there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like plaza azteca, set within 10 minutes walk or so. we were offered queen studio with cable channels, ironing facilities and a work desk which were very good.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's an interesting place for staying in Richmond. Besides, the property had free WiFi. Would return there if in the area.

Staff is very accommodating. Plaza Azteca is within short walking distance to the hotel. Located in 30 minutes' drive to the airport. Our favorite venue in Richmond, we do recommend it.
